Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,
wir haben die Entgelttabellen unseres ETV fristgemäß zum 28. Februar gekündigt. Damit wollen wir den Weg für eine Entgeltrunde mit Tariferhöhungen freimachen.
Zur Verhandlung stehen nur die Tabellen des ETV, nicht die Struktur des ETV.
Für Entgeltverhandlungen werden im wesentlichen gewerkschaftsseitig drei Faktoren zugrunde gelegt – Preissteigerungsrate des Vorjahres, gesamtwirtschaftliche Produktivitätsentwicklung und nachhaltige Beteiligung am Erfolg auf Basis von 12 Monaten.
Auch unter den außergewöhnlichen Umständen der Corona-Krise, in der es neben stark betroffenen Branchen auch Gewinner gibt, werden wir gemeinsam auf der dargestellten Grundlage eine realistische Forderung für die Fortentwicklung unserer Entgelttabellen entwickeln.
Als eure Tarifkommission werden wir uns intern Anfang Februar wieder beraten. Eure Anregungen und Hinweise sind willkommen!

Pay scales terminated at the end of February
Dear colleagues,
we have terminated the pay scales of our ETV with effect from 28 February.
By doing so, we want to pave the way for a pay scale negotiation with increases. Only the tables of the ETV are up for negotiation, not the structure of the ETV. There are three main factors that the unions use as a basis for pay scale negotiations – the rate of price increases in the previous year, the development of productivity in the economy as a whole and sustainable participation in success on a 12-month basis.
Even under the exceptional circumstances of the Corona crisis, in which there are winners as well as badly affected sectors, we will jointly develop a realistic demand for the further development of our pay scales on this basis. As your bargaining committee, we will consult again internally at the beginning of February. Your suggestions and comments are welcome!
