Dear colleagues,
As many of you have already noticed, the new collective agreement has been implemented this month. By now, everyone should have received the corresponding payments in their accounts, and the payslips have been sent out as well.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you once again for your support throughout the negotiation process. Together, we have achieved a great milestone, and we now look forward to the challenges ahead.
At the end of July, we will resume negotiations on part-time work. One of our key goals is the implementation of the 168-hour flex pattern. This next step is just as important, and we will once again need your support.
Please continue to talk to your colleagues about the work we are doing, especially those who are new to the company. Many of them are still finding their way, and your conversations can make a real difference in helping them understand the importance of a strong and active union.
Let’s keep growing together, as a team and as a union. A high level of organisation gives us the strength we need, especially as we move into the next round of negotiations. The collective agreement we just concluded is a clear example of what we can achieve together.
Strong membership is the foundation for defending and improving our working conditions, especially in uncertain times. The company itself has pointed out the current challenges, and it is in moments like these that unity and solidarity matter most.

Of course, we are also implementing the collective agreement on the union side. This means that membership contributions are now automatically aligned with the new pay scales set out in the agreement.
Let’s continue to stand together, for each other, for better conditions, and for a stronger voice at the table.
Your TK
