wie angek\u00fcndigt hatten wir am 24.09.2020 einen weiteren Termin mit dem Arbeitgeber um den Manteltarifvertrag (MTV) zu verhandeln. Wie erwartet wurden bei diesem recht kurzen Termin keine gro\u00dfen Schritte gemacht. Haupts\u00e4chlich wurde \u00fcber das Thema Day-Night-Swop gesprochen, da vor allem unsere A330 Kollegen ein gro\u00dfes Interesse haben diesen Punkt zu kl\u00e4ren. Wir konnten einer L\u00f6sung wieder ein St\u00fcck n\u00e4herkommen. Eine endg\u00fcltige L\u00f6sung kann es jedoch nur dann geben, wenn der Arbeitgeber sich auch in den anderen Themen (z.B Rostering) auf uns zubewegt. Dies hat er in diesem Termin leider wiederum kaum f\u00fcr n\u00f6tig gehalten!\r<\/p>

\r<\/p>

Wir schauen daher bereits auf unseren n\u00e4chsten Verhandlungstermin am 30.9.\/01.10.. Hier erwarten wir einen Durchbruch beim Thema Rostering. Sollte dieser ausbleiben werden wir nicht l\u00e4nger ruhig mitspielen k\u00f6nnen.\r<\/p>

as announced another appointment with the employer to negotiate the collective wage agreement (MTV) took place on September 24th. As expected, no great strides were made in this rather short appointment. The main topic of discussion was day-night swop. As our A330 colleagues in particular are very interested in clarifying this point. We were able to come a closer to a solution. However, there can only be a final solution if the employer moves towards us on other topics (e.g. Rostering). Unfortunately, he hardly considered this necessary at this time!\r<\/p>

\r<\/p>

We are therefore already looking at our next negotiation date on September 30th \/ October 1st. Here we expect a breakthrough in the Rostering issue. If this does not happen, we can\u2018t no longer play along.\r<\/p>
