At the end of September, your ver.di bargaining committee cancelled both the TV AV and the pay scales of our VTV within the stipulated period. In November, we launched a survey to gain insights into your wishes and concerns for the upcoming collective bargaining negotiations. With more than 50% of AeroLogic pilots taking part, you have given us a clear picture of your ideas for the upcoming round of collective bargaining.
Auf Grundlage der ausgewerteten Umfrage haben wir in mehreren internen Sitzungen folgende Forderungen an unseren Arbeitgeber übermittelt:
– Erhöhung der Vergütungen im Volumen von 12,5% bei einer Laufzeit von 12 Monaten
– Erhöhung des Arbeitgeberbeitrags zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
The first collective bargaining negotiations with the employer side are already scheduled for next week, on 12 December, and further negotiations are already planned for January.
